Quality Inn & Suites Wilson I-95

Room was clean and had clearly been refurbished at some point. Overall it was a solidly decent room. As a small downside, certain underpinnings of the original kind of peak through. Continental breakfast was basic but what we expected and the area was clean and well maintained. For the money, this hotel is a solid value.

The service was great. Great truck parking. The room was ok. There was a strong urine smell in our bathroom. Not sure where it was coming from. There were cobwebs on the stairwell rails. Other than that.. it was really small details with cleaning that could make a big difference.

Our family stayed in one of the ground floor rooms facing the pool, the room appeared to be newly renovated which was nice. The bedding smelled like bleach and the bathroom appeared to be mostly clean but the floors were not cleaned everywhere (we found another guest's belonging on the floor beside the bed) although it was nice that the floors were wood laminate rather than carpet. The tub could use a good scrubbing and the entire room needed to be dusted, there was also a faint cigarette/beer smell in the room that probably was associated with the curtains as they had a few cigarette burns in them. The walls must be very thin because we could hear almost everything the people next to us were saying, they did seem to be fairly loud in general though. On a positive note, the breakfast staff was very helpful and everything was spotless in the kitchen/dining area. The breakfast was typical hotel food but my kiddos were happy with it and I was grateful that everything was so clean.

While staying at the Quality Inn, I thought I had left behind my watch in the room. Miranda, the Manager was nothing short of extraordinary in her efforts to help me! It was an expensive watch, and Miranda personally went through our room, the linens in the laundry and even went through the garbage! Being in the hotel industry myself, I was not only appreciative of all her efforts, but so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I hadn't ask Miranda to do this deep of a search, she just did it out of excellent customer service and kindness. Best customer service experience EVER! Thank you MIRANDA! p.s. we found the watch!

Miranda, Ziari, and all of the staff at this Quality Inn & Suites location are AWESOME! They made our stay extremely pleasurable despite us being snowed in (pictured below) which extended our stay, and of course our repeated and annoying requests for more towels and cups! lol The hotel was spacious, clean, and conveniently had a exercise area (which I never used but meant to ;) I applaud their team for their patience with us and their dedication to professionalism and customer service! All of which made a huge impact in our stay! Thanks to Quality Inn & Suites, Miranda, Ziari and their whole team for making the stay for two parents with a 18 month old baby girl feel safe, welcomed, and showing us tremendous hospitality!

Chris at the front desk was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and was quick to answer any questions. Great customer service and a positive first impression.

The hotel room has good space. The beds are comfortable. Brakfast is available in the morning.

After an incredibly long haul, driving over 12 hours from Boston with the family, finding the Quality Inn was a welcome sight. We were all completely exhausted and just needed a place to unwind and get some sleep. Well rested to continue our journey, we'll see u again thank you!!!
